Join the 24-hour virtual ride starting March 4, 2022 at 6 p.m. EST to support mental health programs and services at Michael Garron Hospital.
In March 2020, hundreds of people joined CRUSH COVID, a 24-hour virtual cycling event, to support frontline workers and respond to the needs of the pandemic. A year later, hundreds more participated in CRUSH COVID: Ride for Mind to raise funds to support our community through the COVID-19 pandemic mental health crisis. Together these events raised more than $675,000.
Now, Michael Garron Hospital Foundation and Toronto Hustle are partnering again to Ride for Mind.
Sign up as an individual or team up with your friends, family and colleagues to ride from home and complete all or part of the Ride for Mind 24-hour event. By rising to this challenge you'll help Michael Garron Hospital support people in East Toronto with the mental health programs, resources and facilities they need to thrive.
